Customized items
Any item that has been customized is non-refundable.

Non-custom items
Non-custom items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery if unworn. The buyer pays return shipping. Please email customerservice@maxxmxgear.com before mailing a return so we can provide instructions.
