Ready to create a custom motocross jersey and pants set? Use this guide to prepare your sizes, rider details, colors, design notes, and artwork before checkout. Each set includes one jersey and one pair of pants.
1. Check sizing before you customize
Review the MAXX MX Gear size guide and choose your jersey and pants sizes carefully. Custom and personalized gear is non-refundable, so contact us with sizing questions before you order.
2. Choose the sizes and number of sets
Enter the jersey size, pants size, and quantity. One order item can include multiple identical sets using the same sizes and design. If riders need different sizes or different designs, place them as separate order items.
3. Add rider and design details
Enter the name and number exactly as you want them printed. Then describe your preferred colors and design instructions. Use the fit notes field for extra sizing information that may help us understand your request.
4. Add logos or reference artwork
You can upload a logo or reference image in PNG, JPG, PDF, or SVG format (up to 10 MB), or provide a viewable link. Use the logo placement and extra notes field to tell us where logos should go and to explain any other important details.
5. Review your order before checkout
Before continuing, double-check sizes, quantity, name spelling, number, colors, and design notes. Complete the required confirmation that you have checked these details. Payment is collected at checkout; shipping and applicable taxes are calculated there.
Plan for production time
Production can take up to one month. If you need your gear for a specific race or event, order early and contact us before checkout to discuss timing. Carrier transit time may add to the production period.
